Week 31 in Ecuador

The part I like the most is the people are really cool. They always want to give us stuff and the only thing they ask for is that we pray for them. It is also really cool how we can easily find food. When we get hungry and want to buy food we keep on working and almost everytime find someone new to teach that gives us food. The food i do like the lady that lives downstairs invites us over sometimes to teach us how to cook. Last thing was Encocado.  It is like fish or shrimp or whatever thing cooked in a pot of stuff mixed with the inside of a coconut shell. Her husband is half paralyzed on one side of his body so sometimes we help her with him.  Here are some kids of the families I teach.  Love, Elder Roney

Week 29 in Ecuador

I like being a missionary alot and I am not too worried about the bugs and diseases. This week we worked alot but it also was just kind of a rough week. Wednesday we had an earthquake at 3am and another at 12pm so no one has really been sleeping that much here in the coast. And now we also have to sleep in jeans and shoes and everything with a backpack by the front door for when we have the next earthquake because we are supposed to have more. My sector is kinda dope.  In the picture below Is a river that we went  to pray to find someone to teach. Im also sending you some pictures of damage that was done from the earthquake.

Elder Roney

Week 28 in Ecuador

I am doing great. During our zone meeting we had to pass an egg to our companion and then if we caught it take a step back.... Yeah I ended up sitting in a bus for two hours with egg all over me. Very cool Brandon got call to Mexico, sounds pretty cool.... I Can email him in spanish but i will have to be careful with some words... words here that are normal arent really good words to use in mexico haha. Dang 8 months goes really fast apparently but yeah i get to call again in 8 months so that isnt too bad. Transfers are in two weeks.  I am about 14 hours from the jungle.

Love,

Elder Roney
